Justin D’Ath is the author of roughly 50 books for children and young adults, including the hugely popular Extreme Adventures series, now adapted for TV. Other series include Mission Fox and Lost World Circus. Justin’s latest book is Cooper, part of Penguin Publishers’ Stuff Happens series for boys.

Justin’s hard-hitting YA novel, Hunters and Warriors was a CBC Notable Book in 2002 and was Commended in the 2002 Victorian Premier’s Awards. His hugely popular fantasy novel, Shaedow Master was a CBC Notable Book for Older Readers in 2004, and Crocodile Attack and Scorpion Sting were CBC Notable Books for Younger Readers in 2006 and 2007. In 2008, POOL was shortlisted in the Young Adult section of the Victorian Premier's Awards, and declared a CBC Notable Book for Older Readers.
